2. Products & Availability

  • All products are original Pokémon Trading Card Game items from Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Japanese markets

  • Product images are for reference; actual packs/boxes may vary slightly

  • Stock is limited; items may sell out without notice

  • Random contents: Booster packs and boxes contain random cards—we cannot guarantee specific cards

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be prepaid (no COD)

  • Prices include GST but exclude shipping

  • Order confirmation sent via email/WhatsApp

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues

5. Replacements (No Returns/Refunds)

6. Product Quality

  • Products are sourced from authorized distributors

  • We inspect all items before shipping

  • Unboxing videos recommended for replacement claims

  • You may not scrape, copy, or misuse website content

8. Limitation of Liability

  • House of Gacha not liable for indirect damages

  • Total liability limited to order value

  • Random card pulls = no liability for card value/content

These terms governed by laws of India. Disputes resolved in Dehradun courts.
